There's nothing worse than browsing through your music library finding most of the tracks lack basic information. (We've all been there.) Some of them don’t have album arts and some even don’t have names. Normally, music should have complete ID3 tags embedded, including information like artist, album, genre and more. 1 Import your music library
As soon as you open the smart program, it will automatically add the iTunes library in by scanning the folder.
If you have stored music on other folders, you may need to import the music all by yourself. Go to the Tidy Music tab and press the Open File button or directly drag the music folder to the file tray.
2 Identify ID3 tag automatically
Notice a Scan button in the header? Press the button and then the program will find out all the unidentified music and get them identified. And also during the whole process, duplicate songs can also be found out. If you select just one song, you can get its ID3 information by clicking the Identify button on the bottom right.
After all information is found out, select one song and click the Apply button to add all information to each song.
3 Edit ID3 Tags as you want
The above is talking about how to automatically get information from the internet or database. However, you can also edit ID3 by yourself. Click on the Edit icon. Then drag any image to the image box to change the album cover and type in any word to change other information.

Tip: What is ID3 or ID3 tag?
ID3, a metadata container, is used to embed in the MP3 audio file format. The information can include the title, artist, album, genre and other information about the file. Two versions of ID3 are available: ID3v1 and ID3v2 while the latter one can allow more information like album art.
