A message from our CEO on Covid19

Dear Friends, Families and our communities,

There’s no doubt that this pandemic has been an unprecedented situation for countries across the globe. It’s been a test for both communities and companies, and here at Wondershare, we wanted to shed light on the proactive and reactive response we’ve had to the ongoing crisis.

Employee safety

This has always been our #1 priority. We’ve always maintained a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in our office spaces, with regular deep cleans. Hand sanitizers and regular routine hand washes were all a part of our normal office culture before the pandemic. In response to the COVID-19 virus, we both stepped up these efforts and immediately ensured all employees had access to protective items such as masks.

In addition to this, working from home policies were implemented early on to ensure teams could continue work safely. All employees are able to access remote working solutions so they are able to continue with their work with minimal interruption.

Communication

We have teams across the globe working together to ensure vital information and plan updates are shared instantly. Daily leadership meetings are also in place, and our leadership team works hard to make sure all employees are kept up to date on the latest news and best practises.

Video conferencing and messaging services are at the core of our working from home strategies. Microsoft Teams has been central to this, ensuring all of our employees can connect seamlessly with uninterrupted workflow.

Business resilience

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a devastating impact on economies and communities all around the world. Thanks to safeguards around our business’ resilience, we’re able to ensure all of our Wondershare family can rest easy knowing that their jobs are safe.

It also ensures that we can continue to serve our customers, roll out new products and updates, and continue with our hiring plans during this time.

Giving back

Helping communities has always been an important part of our working lives at Wondershare. And during this crisis, our dedication to this hasn’t changed. We’ve already been able to donate 30,000 masks to communities and charities in need. And we plan to do much more as the world grapples with this pandemic.

We’re a global family here at Wondershare, and thanks to our team’s hard work and dedication, we wouldn’t have been able to continue to provide the service that needed by our customers to ensure that they can continue to be creative and productive during these unprecedented times.

Our thoughts go out to our entire global community. Stay safe, healthy and connected, as we all work together to get through this moment.
