Refer to the guide <Record Music from Spotify/Streaming Sites to iTunes>.
The list of recorded music and songs can be seen by clicking ITUNES LIBRARY and then selecting Recorded icon in it.
a. From the list of recorded music and songs, select the one that you wish to export to PC/Mac. Next, click Export icon present at the top-right corner and select “Export to My Computer” from the drop down menu.
b. Select the destination folder on PC/Mac where you wish to save the music and then click OK.
